Brachyoplasty(arm lift)

Arm lift is commonly performed on patients that have lost a lot of weight.   It is very difficult often impossible  to tighten the skin of the upper arms.  Surgery is performed on an outpatient basis usually with general anesthesia.   Discomfort is minimal.  Patients are able to use their arm right after the procedure but there will be some restrictions for up to 4 weeks.  The incision will take up 2 years to lighten.
